The City of Duarte is located just 28 miles east of Los Angeles, California, in LA County. Home to approximately 22,000 residents, Duarte is separated from largely populated areas by the San Gabriel River and the quarries of neighboring Azusa and Irwindale. Though dominantly serving as a bedroom community, the City has been rather successful in bringing retail development and entertainment to the residents.
